The economic flow velocity and pipe diameter in product transportation

In the paper is discussed the impact of such factors as product viscosity, flow rate and insulation upon economic velocity, and made a calculation based on the principle of the least energy consumption and investment added up together, the results of which are tabulated for design and commercial operation.
