Intensity analysis program of pipeline floating pulling method for submarine pipeline based on secondary development of ANSYS

  • Aiming at the pipeline floating pulling method for submarine pipeline, based on ANSYS user interface design language (UIDL) and ANSYS parametric design language (APDL), data input dialog box of pipeline floating pulling for submarine pipeline is programmed, special program modules of parametric modeling and pipeline floating pulling intensity analysis are developed. Analysis model of submarine pipeline floating pulling procedure is built. Buoy allocation, towing loading, supporting conditions in pipeline floating pulling and constraints of tugboat are analyzed. Secondary development of software is completed by main menu and dialog box design and command stream program. Finally, program is verified by project case. Results show that the program can describe the project case well and simulation calculation efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the combination secondary development of the software can be done with other program language.
