Abstract
In order to evaluate the impact of blasting in Guozigou tunnel on the surrounding buried pipelines, the vibration data during the blasting were collected from five measuring points arranged between the blasting point and the influenced pipelines, then a finite element model was established by LS-DYNA based on the data collected, the structural dynamic response of the pipelines under blasting was simulated, and the failure assessment was carried out according to the classical structural failure criterion. Finally, based on the measured data and the numerical simulation results, the regression analysis was performed with the blasting theory and the empirical formula. The results show that the vibration velocity of the blasting on the buried pipeline is much lower than that of similar engineering experience in foreign countries, the measured data is consistent with the simulation results, and the dynamic response of the pipeline according to the simulation is much lower than the pipeline strength. In addition, the coefficient of the empirical formula obtained by regression is consistent with the geological conditions in the area. Further, the explosive quantity control standard in the case of different distances between the pipelines and the traffic tunnel under various safety standards of gas pipelines in Guozigou area is obtained according to the regression formula, which provides a reference for ensuring the safety of subsequent construction in the area.
