Analysis on digital and intelligent transformation and development of HSE management of Chinese oil and gas enterprises

The technological revolution in oil and gas industry, characterized by digitalization and intellectualization, is promoting the reform of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management mode in oil and gas enterprises, which will greatly reduce the occurrence of health, safety and environment accidents. In recent years, China's oil and gas enterprises have attached great importance to the construction of HSE informatization, with the group level HSE information system established successively, which has also been promoted and applied comprehensively. Besides, exploration has been carried out actively in the field of digitalization and intellectualization of HSE management. On this basis, the development process of HSE informatization was analyzed herein, and the planning research, construction achievements and application effects of HSE informatization were summarized with CNPC and SINOPEC as the typical examples. Meanwhile, the challenges faced during HSE informatization construction were sorted out, and through the analysis of relevant policies on safety production, informatization, digitalization and intellectualization at the national level, recommendations on the thought, overall framework, construction blueprint and key layout direction of digital transformation and intelligent development were put forward at first in combination with the requirement for improvement of HSE information system of China's oil and gas enterprises. It is helpful to promote the implementation of HSE informatization development strategy and the medium-and long-term planning of oil and gas enterprises, further providing reference for HSE management and digital transformation of other industries.
