Abstract
In order to estimate the AC interference degree on the buried pipeline caused by one planned HVAC transmission line and take the mitigation measures corrrespondinly, a computational model for the AC interferfence on the pipeline was established by the numerical simulation technology, combined with field-test correction. Then, by virtue of this model, the AC interference degree of a planned HVAC transmission line on the pipeline was predicted. Finally, the mitigation measure of deepwell grounding bed drainage was designed based on the environmental characteristics around the pipeline. Its effect testing results indicate that the calculation result of numerical simulation is consistent with that of field testing, verifying the accuacy of this technology. It is revealed that the AC interference on the pipeline can be mitigated effectively by designing the deepwell grounding bed rationally. Due to the complexity of the acutal working conditions, however, the computational model cannot present the field completely. Therefore, for the planned HVAC transmission line, its computational model can be corrected by the the AC interference of existing HVAC transmission lines nearby.
