PID control of single-tube pump valve model based on K-Spice and SPS

  • The control of pipeline is an indispensable part of oil and gas pipeline construction, and its simulation is of important guiding significance. In this paper, a single-tube pump valve model was established by K-Spice software and then added with PID control for simulation. In the meantime, PID control of the same single-tube pump valve model was simulated in SPS software. And their simulation results were comparatively analyzed. It is shown that K-Spice software is feasible and superior in model control simulation, and its PID control model simulation results are more ideal, convenient and reasonable. The research results lay the foundation for the future application of K-Spice software to model control simulation of more complex pipeline network systems.
