Testing application of localized mass flowmeter in products pipelines

  • Imported mass flowmeters are expensive with long supply cycle and untimely after-sale service. To deal with these problems, Chinese manufacturers worked together and developed a localized mass flowmeter based on the characteristics of products pipelines. Several proprietary technologies are adopted in the design and manufacture of localized mass flowmeter to ensure its stability and reliability, such as full digital computation technology and steady sensor manufacture technology. Then, the testing site for the localized mass flowmeter was constructed based on the products pipelines. Finally, it was compared with the imported mass flowmeter in series. It is indicated that the localized mass flowmeter runs stably and meets the requirements of relevant standards, and its relative deviation from the imported flowmeter is small. It is for the first time that the localized mass flowmeter is tested and applied in products pipelines.
