Operation optimization of submerged combustion vaporizer in Tangshan LNG receiving station

  • The gasification and transportation of LNG mainly depends on the submerged combustion vaporizer(SCV), whose stable operation determines the transportation capacity and economic benefit of the entire LNG receiving station.In this paper, the SCV in Tangshan LNG receiving station was taken as the study object, The main risks during the operation of the vaporizer were analyzed and the optimization measures were put forward.Then, the operating state and fuel gas consumption situation of SCV were analyzed.Finally, experimental studies and calculation methods were combined to optimize parameter setting, increase equipment stability, reduce fuel gas cost and improve operation economy of equipments.It is shown that the optimization method is scientific and feasible.The method can provide the reference for the operation of LNG receiving station and the localization of SCV.
