Construction of intelligent pipeline system in the era of smart energy

The establishment of an intelligent pipeline system based on "Internet +" smart energy is an effective means to enhance the management level of oil and gas pipelines and promote the development of the industry. In this paper, the connotation characteristics of "Internet +" smart energy were illustrated, and the realistic demand of "Internet +" intelligent pipeline system was analyzed. Then, a planning was put forward to design the architecture of intelligent pipeline system and construct the intelligent logistics platform. And finally, an intelligent pipeline system including the digital management, integrity management, operation management, emergency management, and integrated management was built up to realize the core functions, such as data mining and sharing, integrity management and emergency management. It is shown from case application results that the intelligent pipeline system is conducive to the transformation of pipeline management modes, and is also significant to the upgrading of decision-making management efficiency and the optimization of resource allocation. Based on the core pipeline business, the intelligent analysis and early warning, rapid collaborative response, safe and efficient operation are achieved by using the technologies of cloud computing, big data analysis, internet of things, and mobile application. Thus, the intelligent pipeline expert system is developed while the data quality of the system is improved. It provides the support for the transformation and upgrading of oil and gas pipelines in the era of smart energy.
