Key control points in the acceptance test and commissioning of skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility

The outer transportation LNG tanker has become an important part of transportation at LNG terminal. There are some problems existing in the acceptance test and commissioning of skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility. Taking the skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility in Shandong Province as an example, according to its structural features, installation mode and application status, this paper analyzes the issues that should be concerned in pressure test, air tight test, low temperature test, and control instrument test of pipeline before the skid-mounted loading facility leaves the factory. In addition, solutions are given to the possible problems in commissioning, including leakage, overpressure and communication fault, which can provide reference for the system selection and factory acceptance of skid-mounted loading facility in the future and also provide idea to complete the commissioning scheme and safety operation of skid-mounted LNG tanker loading facility.
