Optimization of gathering mode of Su-10 Block

  • In Su-10 Block, individual-well producing rate is currently low with wellhead pressure of 0.5-1.0 MPa, and watered-out wells account for 62% of all wells. Obviously, liquid loading is common in surface pipeline network. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the design of current gathering mode, so as to carry effectively the liquid loading out of gathering pipeline network, decrease wellhead pressure and increase individual-well recovery rate. Flow rate control and pressure difference reduction experiments are carried out to solve the existing problems of gathering mode in Su-10 Block. Based on the characteristics of current gathering mode, a gathering mode of valve-chamber movable boosting skid is proposed. It is indicated by calculation results that wellhead pressure (0.1-0.5 MPa) is reduced further after the gathering mode is optimized. Thus, the innovative mode is useful for well bore to carry liquid, thereby increasing individual-well recovery rate. It can also conduct effective liquid carrying for pipeline network, so as to decrease pressure difference of pipeline network and improve gas transmission efficiency, and consequently prolong service life of gas wells, providing support for the stable production of the gasfield.
