R & D and application of the inclined 3-phase separation & boosting unit

  • Supported by new technology, new process and new equipment in integrated and skid-mounted configuration, Dagang Oilfield has developed the inclined 3-phase separation & boosting unit to solve existing problems in traditional oil transfer station. The unit includes an inclined separator, with high efficiency in separation and small and compact structure. With proper layout, the separator and pump sets are installed on the same skid to achieve 3-phase (oil, gas and water) separation, local water cutting, boosting transportation of crude (fluid) and other functions. Moreover, the skid is small and highly integrated. The unit has been applied in Baiyi Oil Transfer Station, where field treatment and re-injection of produced water as well as separated transportation of oil/gas are achieved successfully. It helps to simplify the process in Baiyi Oil Transfer Station, positively triggering the optimization of Banqiao Oilfield and energy conservation of systems.
