Abstract
The oil products injected into the Fushun-Jinzhou Refined Oil Products Pipeline from relevant petrochemical plants vary greatly in diesel-gasoline ratio, and some oil products are not injected at certain parts of the pipeline. In this regard, different injection schemes are designed and compared. The results show that, when the outlet flowrate of Liaoyang Initial Pump Station and Liaohe Injection Pump Station is constant, large flowrate fluctuation occurs in Liaohe-Jinzhou pipeline section or Liaoyang-Liaohe pipeline section, the maximum flowrate is approximately three times of the minimum flowrate, and the pipeline utilization is low, which are not conducive to the configuration of pump sets at the stations; when the outlet flowrate of Liaoyang and Liaohe stations both fluctuate, the injection scheme can reduce the fluctuation range of the whole line flowrate to improve the pipeline utilization and reduce the project investment. The project investment and operating costs are comprehensively compared, and the pipeline design parameters are determined considering the designed pressure and equipment available. Finally, variable flowrate is determined as the injection scheme of Liaoyang Pump Station and Liaohe Pupm Station to Fushun-Jinzhou Refined Oil Products Pipeline.
