Abstract
Two-stage pressure regulating mode is adopted in the self-consumption gas system in gas compressor station, so that the gas pressure can be regulated from the arterial pressure to a few or hundreds of kilopascal. Considering that this mode requires complicated process, more equipment and large investment, and is not applicable to small and medium sized pipes, original self-consumption gas system is optimized. In particular, since less gas volume is needed for self-consumption, the pipeline gas storage is adopted, instead of the pressure regulating valve, to provide users with a low-pressure and stable gas supply, thus simplifying the three valve structure in original design. HYSYS software is used to calculate the throttling temperature drop of the optimized design, and the winding electric tracing band is adopted to replace the electric heater in original design. The operating frequency of electric valve in the optimized design is calculated, providing that the operating frequency is far below that of pressure regulating valve in original design. Therefore, the possibility of the valve wear is reduced, and the filter plant in original design is removed. The research can provide a reference to the design of self-consumption gas system in gas compressor station.
