A visualized mechanical cleaning technique for dome roof tank

  • The traditional cleaning technique of dome roof tank has the shortages of high energy consumption and risk factor, long cleaning cycle, high labor intensity and heavy environmental pollution. So, a visualized mechanical cleaning technique for dome roof tank is developed. By suction filtration, pressurized and heating cycles and visualization of the equipment, the technique can dissolve and recycle the non-flowing oil products in tank. After hot water is used to clean the inner surface of tank, the requirements of open fire maintenance are met. Field application proves that compared with the original cleaning technique, the new technique can reduce the cleaning period by 60% and increase the recovery of the oil products by 98%. Besides, the new technique can reduce safety risk, labor intensity, environmental pollution and construction cost greatly.
