Application of shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology in oil and gas pipeline tunnel

  • A large number of tunnels will be excavated for keeping pipelines pass through mountains. Delay of such excavation due to the factors of geology and construction conditions often restricts the pipeline laying on schedule. In this paper, the shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology in China and abroad is introduced, and its necessity for construction of oil and gas pipeline tunnel is discussed. Moreover, considering the tested sections with different levels of surrounding rocks of Yanyingshan tunnel of Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipelines, the applicable design, construction method and related support parameters of shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology are proposed. Meanwhile, the technology's economic and time advantages are analyzed to provide a reference for design and construction.
