"White box" online simulation of products pipeline network

This paper uses the VariSim dynamic simulation analysis software of SSL to establish the online real-time monitoring system and offline simulation training system model. The online real-time simulation needs to obtain critical data of model driving from the SCADA system. The "white box" online model of VariSim uses the operating data of pipeline to carry out complete dynamic simulation of the real-time status of the pipeline, which can be used for instrument analysis, leak detection and location, tracking of pigs, batches and mixed oil, the pressure, temperature and flow prediction at any position of the whole line. The real-time dynamic simulation of online simulation software can provide an important reference to the practical operation of pipeline.
