Data integration and application of pipeline integrity management system

Considering the current application of data for the long-distance oil and gas pipeline integrity, it is necessary to integrate such data. In this paper, the needs and goals of data integration of pipeline integrity is analyzed through comparing with existing data integration technologies, and the concept is expounded from two aspects, i.e. database building and application platform of pipeline integrity. With an example of application in pipe inspection, the effect of data integration based on pipeline integrity management system is verified from data support, data alignment and data analysis respectively. The problems, such as disunity, inefficiency and unsatisfactory effect, are solved effectively. Thereby, it provides a more effective means of pipeline integrity management and related technologies, contributing greatly to the management decision-making.
