Reliability-centered maintenance of compressor station equipments driven by gas-turbine

Abstract
The cost of equipment maintenance in gas compressor station driven by gas-turbine is high, and there are some defects in the existing time-based maintenance strategy. Maintenance centering on reliability can reduce cost. Based on relevant theory and practical operation conditions of gas compressors driven by gas-turbine, this paper presents a theory centering on reliability and related analytic methods, which is used to optimize existing maintenance scheme. Taking the inlet filter element of gas-turbine in compressor station as an example, accident hazard and consequences are analyzed. Accident model classification, performance parameter prediction and optimization of maintenance scheme are conducted, resulting in post-off of several maintenance items, and several regular maintenance items are changed into afterwards or appropriate maintenance, data analysis of existing measured points are added to achieve the goal of simplifying maintenance and saving-cost on the prerequisite of ensuring equipment reliability.
