A test device of compressive strength and axial sliding of φ630 directly-buried pipe

  • In view of the situation of manual handling sand and manual loading of the current general compressive strength and axial sliding test devices for directly-buried pipe, the paper gives the design scheme and working principle of general compressive strength and axial sliding of φ630 directly-buried pipe, the experiment set-up includes 5 parts, namely flask, hydraulic loading installation, push-pull effort tester, lifting adding sand device and feeding pipe device. There is a sand flow opening at the bottom of the flask, after the test, opening the dam-board at the bottom of flask allows the fine sand to flow to the storage flask of the lifting device at its low side, lifting sand adding device can transport the storage flask by the low side of flask to prepare for the next test, hydraulic loading unit can load the flask automatically and ensure that test external tube bears uniform and proper load. The device accords with requirements of related national regulations and standards, and can realize handling sand and loading flask automatically.
