Study and application of CNG 3D simulation training system

  • The processing flow of the CNG gas station's production system is complicated and any misoperation will lead to serious consequences. The training efficiency is enhanced with the help of the CNG 3D simulation training system which combines 3D virtual reality simulation with CNG gas station safety training. This paper gives a direct presentation and detailed introduction of the simulation system's components, modeling method of 3DSMax, and the equipment model with its principle and working flow. The simulation system can be used in teaching of the theory and processing procedure of CNG, which ensures that the new staffs can get a quick and efficient pre-work training and provides a technical support to the safe operation of CNG gas stations. The CNG 3D simulation training system possesses the advantages of advancement, practicability and scientificity. The research result shows that the application of the CNG 3D simulation training system in class teaching and staff training has greatly improved the effects of class theory teaching and practice training. This system can be used for batch training and is free from the limitation of practical training field and fund. With its good economical efficiency, the CNG 3D simulation training system is an effective training scheme to improve the skills of staff.
