Analysis on static blade ablation causes of gas turbines

In order to analyze the first static blade ablation causes of 2 Sora Taurus 70 gas turbines in a booster station, thepaper makes in-depth analysis from different aspects such as natural gas quality, turbocharged station technological processand automatic protection mechanism of gas turbines. The result shows that the direct cause of static blade ablation is thedeviation of natural gas quality from the technical conditions of the normal operation of gas turbines. At last, the paper givescorresponding solutions from the aspects of booster station reformation, supervision of natural gas quality and protectionmechanism of T5 gas turbines.
