Abstract
Taking the gas-water mixing pipeline of Wei-001-H1 Well in Weiyuan Gasfield, Sichuan, as the study object, pipe material test is performed in a simulated corrosive environment under the condition of produced water at 20 ℃ and 60 ℃. Through qualitative analysis of microscopic corrosion patterns of corrosion coupon by using metallographic microscope and quantitative analysis of corrosion rate determined by weight-loss method, corrosion resistance properties of candidate 20# steel, 20G, N80, L245NCS, L245NB, X60 pipe materials and austenitic stainless steel 316L, 2205 two-phase stainless steel are analyzed in order to determine the impacts of temperatures, time and potential of hydrogen value to corrosion rates of different pipe materials to select suitable materials for pipes available for gas-water mixing. Research results show that the preferred materials are 2205 two-phase stainless steel, L245NB and L245NCS in descending order.
