Abstract
As for the problem in storage and sale process of oil products, part of light hydrocarbons composition will easily evaporate into the atmosphere, resulting in a waste of resources and environmental hazards. Chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus is used to simulate the condensation process of 3 light gas samples of S1, S2 and S3, and optimization analysis for light gas recovery processes with condensation method is performed. The results show that 3 hydrocarbon components in great difference can reach the national emission standards when condensing temperature reaches -110 ℃. The light gas recovery process with condensation method should be arranged in four stages, the temperatures should be set to 4 ℃, -40 ℃, -80 ℃ and -110 ℃ respectively, which can not only ensure the light gas recovery rate and emission concentration meet national standards, but also control the energy consumption for light gas recovery at a relatively low level.
