Application status of automation system in oil tankfarm

On the basis of distributed multilayer structure of automation system in oil tankfarm, structures and functions of one-card self-service oil payment system, automatic tank metering system, transmission and transfer operations automation system, oil tankfarm fire automation system and intelligent security system of the entire oil tankfarm are introduced. By means of system integration technology, automation subsystems are integrated into the oil tankfarm management information system to achieve integration of production automation monitoring, business information management and modern oil tankfarm control. Using distributed IC cards as credentials and electronic documents in the system, connection between formulation and issue of distribution plans, card check and oil pickup in oil tankfarm, distribution monitoring in transit, card check and oil receiving in the filling station and other business links are completed, and secondary distribution document flow of sales companies is unified and simplified to ultimately achieve paperless operation and improve labor efficiency and safety performance of oil tankfarm operation.
