Application of remote-control automatic offtake system in Gantang Compressor Station of West-to-East Gas Pipeline

  • For the contradiction between a growing number of offtake stations and low dispatching efficiency in the Westto-East Pipeline and in accordance with remote control status of compressor units, existing system programs are edited and modified on the basis of automation control system architecture of gas compressor stations in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline to add remote control authority for the offtake system, optimize PID control and formulate a remote control interface, thus proposing a offtake program for remote control automatic offtake of Gantang distribution station. Through optimization of PLC control system, RCI configuration files and central control system and test running for 2 months, remote control automatic offtake of offtake users in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline to improve production efficiency and optimize allocation of human resources.
