Regional management of emergency repair crew for emergency repair of oil and gas pipelines

With the ongoing construction of pipelines in China, emergency repair crew becomes responsible for repair from individual pipeline tomultiple pipelines in a certain area. Due to differences in the diameter, pressure and media of pipelines, the traditional management method cannot be applied and there is an urgent need to develop a new emergency management method. Regional emergency repair and management takes 6-principle management method to effectively integrate the repair personnel, materials, equipments, technology and other resources. And regional repair management mode is proposed, that is, repair equipment containerization, repair management militarization, repair process procedure, repair technology systematization, equipment management fining and part-time repair personnel based on practical work and fine management to solve emergency management problems in regional repair and repair crew. The management mode can effectively use existing resources, improve operating efficiency, standardize operation process and meet the modern management trend of pipelines'development.
