Abstract
Livelihood heating and cooling equipments in the oil and gas transmission station are mostly electric heaters and air source heat pumps with higher energy consumption. From the perspective of energy saving, working principle and process of the ground source heat pump (GSHP) and its advantages relative to the air source heat pump are analyzed. Take a gas compressor station in Beijing as an example, equipment type, heat transfer medium type and buried pipe layout are determined according to geological and climatic characteristics of the station and by the design calculation method of underground heat exchanger, load and flow, to design and build the GSHP system in the station for the first time. In accordance with the relevant standard, system energy monitoring and energy saving effect analysis are carried out. Results show that the system can reach the energy saving rate up to 27.62% compared with the air source heat pump; the system can reach energy saving rate up to 63.81% compared with electric heaters; with significant energy-saving effects and considerable long-running economic returns, the system has application values.
