Abstract
The main structure of gas turbine Taurus 70 is introduced. Combined with field maintenance process of Taurus 70 in a compressor station, this paper analyzes the arrangement and balancing method of vanes when replacing rotor vanes under the conditions of free of balancing tester and unbalanced mass moments of turbine disks. Station alignment technique for gas turbine maintenance is given. Based on the basic principle of shaft alignment, a mathematical model is established and the adjustment basis in height direction for compensation magnitude at cold state alignment is put forward, that is, C2-A2=2ΔY. Aligning steps with double dial indicator alignment method are described, including and the solutions to cold-state alignment compensation magnitude and deflection. Analysis shows that the double dial indicator alignment method for Taurus 70 is effective with double dial indicator, which can ensure to ignite gas turbine in one-turn, and the index like vibration meets the needs of technical specifications.
