Establishment of drainage system for pipeline open crossing intensive seepage large-scale river

  • In construction of pipeline open crossing intensive seepage large-scale river, the drainage/water control is critical to successful construction. Taking the Shuiyuandi Sand River pipeline open crossing as an example, this paper establishes a kind of improved drainage system in a scientific and proper way, which is mainly composed of a power generating system, electric control system, water pump unit system and auxiliary system.The power generating system adopts redundant hardware configuration, established with redundant system model of N model, so as to improve the reliability of the drainage system; and the self-coupled and step-down starter in the electrical system can start the starting voltage of step-down motor in stage, and thus reduces the starting current; the water pump unit and auxiliary system can effectively assist the drainage at deep water level.Such a drainage system has been applied in open crossing Shuiyuandi Sand River in the Second West-to-East Gas Pipeline, and achieved a sound drainage effect, which can used as a reference for similar large-scale drainage systems.
