Technological parameters and calculation in anti-corrosion operation of pipeline

  • Currently, technological parameters of pipeline in anti-corrosion coating operation are basically determined based on experience, which not only affects the debugging accuracy of coating assembly line, but also wastes time, manpower and materials. Therefore, in accordance with long-term material coating practices and based on commonly-used structure of pipeline coating assembly line, 3-parameter calculation formula, that is, tire center distance, tire deflection angle and tire rotary speed, is derived and a corresponding debugging method of theparameters is summarized, showing important guiding significances on running of pipeline coating assembly line.
