Numerical Simulation of Gas-Hydrate Slurry Two-phase Flow

  • Research on multi-phase has a history of more than 40 years.However, research on multi-phase flow including hydrate is rare.For multi-phase flow transportation problem including oil, gas, water and hydrate, the solid particle and liquid phase of hydrate is regarded as semi-slurry.The hydraulic, thermal, and phase equilibrium steady computational method of gas-hydrate slurry is given.The numerical results are compared with the field data.By using flash algorithm the hydrate quantity is calculated, the number of phases, the place where the hydrate begins to grow and the amount, the Moore components of gas-liquid two phase flow are determined.The thermal parameters of the gas-liquid phase flow are obtained thereafter.
