Contamination lssue of Benzene and Hexamethylene in Batch Transportation

Calculation method of contamination volurme in batch transportation is introduced and contamination volurme prodiced from an interplant pipeline in some Sauth China Petrochemical Corporation is calculated. Based on quality control index and quality potential of benzene and hexamethylene, blending test is made to observe changing circumstance of water content, refractive index, set point, crystallization point and pH value, etc. in order to determine the maximurn blending proportion of benzene and hexamethylene at diferent transportation sequences for the purpose of guiding contamination blending during batch transportation.
