Operating Optimization of Pump Units in Oil Storage and Transportation Stations

Operating situation of pump units in some oil storage and transportation stations is analyzed. In the light of issues in insufficient use of equipment and high energy consumption in transportation course, configuration and operating programs about pump units are compared and analyzed combined with actual operating condition. Based on sufficient use of current equipments, optimal configuration and optimal operating programs of pump units are presented, which effectively reduce energy consumption and increase operating efficiency with remarkable economic benefits.
