Optimization of Heating Method for Single-well Crude Oil Tank

In allusion to heating issue of heavy oil produced in scattered blocks, work principle of heating for single-well oil tank with different heating methods is described.Steel consumption needed for boiler design in different heating scenarios is calculated.Analysis result shows that fume direct heating is the best heating method for single-well oil tank.Based on calculation and analysis results, design suggestion to adopt split direct heating method for heating system of single-well oil tank is proposed.
