Energy Consumption Analysis and Efficiency Calculation of Heavy Oil Gathering System

In the light of series operating problems in heavy oil gathering system and combined with new energy saving and reducing energy consumption technology applied presently in domestic main oilfields, the paper provides an efficient calculation method about heavy oil gathering system of Liaohe Oilfield. According to the efficient calculation results in oil transfer station and Gao'er multi-purpose station, distribution of energy consumption in heavy oil gathering system is analyzed to find out major factors influencing the system efficiency, and technical improvement program is proposed. Compared with the system unimproved, energy consumption in heavy oil gathering system is remarkably decreased and desired effect is obtained.
