An automatic pressure relieving and purging pig is introduced.During pigging, front end disc of the pig can be automatically closed, which plays a role in purging front end contaminants of pig and preventing overpressure of the pipeline.The function solves jamming of the pig due to contaminants piled up during the pigs journey.
