Issues of Sliding Vane Pump Used in Residual Oil Unloading System of Railroad Tanker

In the light of the problems of fast performance degradation of sliding vane pump during unloading operation,even unable to work, technical analysis on running process of sliding vane pump are carried out in the facets of design, technology, installation, management and maintenance.Performance degradation causes of sliding vane pump used in residual oil unloading system for railroad tanker are discovered and special technical reform measures are presented.
