Static and Dynamic Analysis on Longspan Suspension Pipe Bridge

  • Based on design scenario of some longspan suspension pipe bridge and its structure performance. 3D finite element model is established with ANSYS software,and finite element analysis on the model’s static force, mode and wind vibration reaction is carried out. Static calculation results show that each member of suspension pipe bridge are at lower stress state: inherent frequency of front 20 ranks of the bridge’s structure are obtained by mode analysis; dynamic analysis results of wind vibration display (hat displace respond curve of the structure are equal to the trend of wind load data inputted at every moment, stress respond peak value on main cable are lower, and stress respond peak value on pipe bridge are obviously higher.
