Method to Inject Remained Crude Oil in Abandoned Pipe Section into Operating Pipeline

To solve the problem of injecting remained crude oil in 7.7 km-long abandoned pipe section into operating pipeline, technical reform program about hot plugging and oil drawing out and injection is presented. The program consists of "standard hot plugging technique" and "two-side & two-end hot plugging technique". Method to inject remained crude oil in abandoned pipe section into operating pipeline is introduced and safety issues to be focused on in application of the technique are put forward.
