Trouble and Troubleshooting of Compressor-turbine Units in Sebei Initial Station

In allusion to halt accident of compressor unit during operating in Sebei Initial Compressor Station, cause analysis is carried out on trouble of outlet temperature transmitter of compressor, failure of differential pressure transmitter, and overhigh differential pressure of dry-gas seal filter.It is considered that in the design of compressor station configuration, performance and utilization for evacuation system, horizontal separator and control valve should be comprehensively considered.Safety operation measures for compressor sets are proposed, which can provide a reference to design and operation for compressor station of gas pipeline.
