Discussion on Conformity of Design Pressure between LNG Receiving Station and Initial Station of Gas Trunk Line

Construction actualites in LNG receiving station and its gas trunk line are summaried, and determination principle on design pressure of initial station of gas trunk line and LNG receiving station are introduced.Illustration shows that overpressure or pipe burstin initial compressor station will arise if there is unconformity in the design pressure between LNG receiving station and the initial station of gas trunk line.Defects in traditional method to deal with the issue are analyzed.It is considered that intrinsically safe solution is to ensure the conformity in the design pressure between LNG receiving station and the initial station of gas trunk line.
