Technical Improvement Design for Fume and Dust Remover System of Heaters

  • Design kernel of technical improvement for fume desulfuration and dust remover system of heater in Tengxian Pumping Station is introduced.According to the design requirement of technical improvement, reasons for choosing main equipment of dust remover system is presented, and primary parameters of the system are calculated.The paper proposes corrosion control and insulation measures of the system and provides handlilng method in fan noise insulation and damping.By the design improvement, the technical requirements of the sysemt are attained in high-level automation, better dust removing and slight environmental pollution.
