Running Scheme for Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline Transporting Jidong Crude Oil at Low Throughput

  • In allusion to the running demand of low throughput transportation for Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline to transport Jidong Crude Oil since 2008, influence of heating treatment temperature on the rheological property at low temperature for Jidong Crude Oil is researched based on basic physical property parameters of Jidong Crude Oil, the PPD with best modified effect is selected, PPD injection concentration and heating treatment temperature are determined, and running scheme for Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline transporting Jidong Crude Oil is drawn up.On the basis of energy dissipation theory for crude oil flow, set point variation circumstance for PPD-injected Jidong Crude Oil during transportation is predicted at significant change ground temperature by means of set point prediction's mathematical model for PPD-injected crude oil.
