Optimized Strategy for Inventory Management of Oil Products

Abstract
Current situation in inventory management of oil products is analyzed and relative strategies on inventory management of oil products are put forward. Basic principle, thought and strategy for inventory management of oil products are presented based on the oil products inventory model established. It is considered that the research result redounds to decreasing inventory of oil products, ensuring flow of capital and effectively increasing economic benefits for the enterprises engaged in marketing of oil products.
