Aseismic Design of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Product Pipeline

  • Based on the features of terrain and geological area where Lanzhou Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Product Pipeline will pass across, strict countermeasures against geological hazards are taken in unstable geology areas during the process of pipeline route design.These technical measures include that for pipeline sections in mountain area.many tunnels are constructed; in river crossings, buried depth of pipe section is increased; for the overhead crossing structure, aseismic check-up is conducted strictly; for the line block valve chambers, rational allocation is earned out.which increase the aseismic capacity of pipeline.For stations' construction structures.designs are made in the aspects of construction modeling, structural type, foundation and utilization of aseismic structure in order to strengthen aseismic capacity of these stations.
