Abstract
umerical simulation on heat transfer law for buried pipeline at cyclical ground temperature boundary condition is made with finite volumetric method, influence of insulating layer or free of insulating layer on heat transfer law of buried pipeline is compared and analyzed and influences of soil mean temperature and variation of pipe wall mean heat flow density on thermal conductivity factor of insulating layer, thermal conductivity factor of soil, specific heat capacity of soil and ground temperature wave parameters are analyzed.Study results indicate that the parametergincrease in insulating layer, thermal conductivity factor of soil and specific heat capacity is beneficial to insulation of buried pipeline, and moreover, the specific heat capacity has not influence on time-mean heat transfer condition; the variation of ground temperature wave amplitude and frequency has a certain influence on the amplitude of mean heat flow density of pipe wall, however has not influence on time-mean heat flow density of pipe wall.
