Research on the allocation of venting standpipe system for valve chambers of the Second West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline is conducted, and parameters of venting way.venting pipe diameter and venting height and its distance from valve chambers are determined.Quantitative simulation on diffusion process of combustible gas at the outlet of venting stand pipe is carried out, and heat-affected intensity and range of accidental burning of combustible gas are provided.
