In the light of impact factors on construction of long-distance pipeline at low-temperature environment.technology support measures involved in the operation sequence of ditch blasting, ditch excavation, welding, pipe coating, lowering-in and backfill are proposed.Requirements in antifreezing and protection of construction equipments and construction persons at low-temperature environment are given.
