Simulating Calculation of Leakage Volume in Coupled Petroleum Pipeline's Emergency Repair

  • Based on pipeline transient flow theory, mathematical model of closing end gravity flow pipeline is built up.Simulating calculation is conducted for liquid leakage volume during emergency repair for coupled petroleum pipeline.Analysis and calculation results show that the liquid leaking volume increases with the increase of pipeline's diameter, length and gradient during emergency repair.
